Greetings to our family and friends,
God is continuing to bless the congregation at Linda Vista with numerical
(and spiritual) growth. Last week we wrote concerning a young lady named
Auri being baptized into Christ. We also mentioned the fact that her mother,
Angela, who was not a Christian, was present to see her daughter immersed
into Christ.
In this writing we are more than glad to report that on this past Wednesday
evening Angela made her decision to put on Christ in baptism. Even though
Angela had already made up her mind before Bible class, still it was a great
way to end our Bible class hour in which we discussed part one of our lesson
on salvation.
We rejoice to now have Angela as our new sister. Please pray for her growth
as well as the growth of all the new converts this year. Again, the Lord is
really blessing the body here to see the fruits of our labor.
Thanks for your love and concern for the work here. Please remember us daily
to the Father and we will do the same for you. Also remember in prayer our
"space" problem. Some of the members have already begun to think that we
need to do something and have suggested ideas. This, their thinking and
suggesting without our suggesting it, within itself is a major milestone.
We'll close for now. We have sent pictures of this joyful occasion. Please
